About me
​
I am a qualified teacher of meditation and mindfulness for health and wellbeing and also Zen yoga.
My journey started with Hatha yoga over twenty-five years ago when I began practising to help me cope with grief, anxiety and physical pain. Six years ago I found Zen yoga and subsequently meditation.
In recent years, my health and wellbeing have improved enormously and I credit my daily meditation practice and Zen yoga for helping me profoundly. I feel that many other people may also benefit from these practices and I have a deep desire to share what I have learned.
