About me

I am a qualified teacher of meditation and mindfulness for health and wellbeing and also Zen yoga.


My journey started with Hatha yoga over twenty-five years ago when I began practising to help me cope with grief, anxiety and physical pain. Six years ago I found Zen yoga and subsequently meditation.


In recent years, my health and wellbeing have improved enormously and I credit my daily meditation practice and Zen yoga for helping me profoundly. I feel that many other people may also benefit from these practices and I have a deep desire to share what I have learned.

Zen yoga

In Zen yoga, we practise mindful postures and flows to soften, stretch and strengthen the body. In turn, there are powerfully calming effects on the mind. This body/ mind work is profoundly beneficial for our health and wellbeing.
